We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order or mail a badge.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, and expiration date). In order to reserve badges on this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. You may also be asked to provide other information about yourself which pertains to needed event details.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

If an exhibitor is cancelling their booth reservation, our policy is as follows:
Spring Show – Exhibitors canceling in writing on or before of January 15th of the show year will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after January 16th of the show year. Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing and receipt confirmed.
Autumn Show – Exhibitors canceling in writing on or before of July 15th of the show year will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after July 16th of the show year. Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing and receipt confirmed.
If show management needs to cancel the show, our policy is as follows:
In the case that the show is cancelled, due to COVID mandates by the cities of Boxborough, Massachusetts or Portland, Maine, or by the states of Massachusetts or Maine, or by the Federal Government, exhibitors will be refunded any cash paid or credit used for the cancelled show. For example: If a Spring 2022 show exhibitor paid $500 cash and $500 credit from Spring 2020, and the 2022 Spring show is cancelled, the exhibitor would receive a $500 cash refund and the $500 Spring 2020 credit would be restored to their account.
