Reach New England Made Buyers Pre-Show

While we have a number of marketing initiatives underway, we can’t advertise the show in the traditional ways because it’s not open to the public. And we can’t rely on word-of-mouth between buyers because none of them want to share their best shopping sources with a competitor. So, you need to market yourself to your current and prospective buyers lists. Your relationships are a great way to get the word out. And if you all reach out to your lists, someone else’s buyer could become one of yours and visa versa.

 

We’ve got tools to help you!

  1. Download the web banners and use them on your site! We have a variety of different sizes above and are happy to create a custom one for you if you like.

  2. Use a banner in your email signature. Then everyone email you send with remind buyers to register.

  3. Make sure you’ve listed NEM on your website’s calendar of shows you’ll be at. New England Made Giftware & Specialty Food Show | Portland, Maine | March 11-13, 2023 | www.nemadeshows.com

  4. Use a banner for a newsletter header. Send an email out to your buyer list to tell them you’ll be at the show. Include information and images of your best-selling products or any new products you’re excited about. Ideally you would send out 3-4 newsletters between now and show time.

  5. Share your buyer list with us. We will personally call and invite your buyers to the show. And don’t worry – we never share the list with any one and we keep the source of the list confidential to the buyers.

  6. Make sure you’re posting on social media. A banner works great for both Facebook and Instagram. Encourage buyers to register, post your booth # and pictures of your product. Ideally you would call out the show 6-8 times between now and show time. Be sure to tag us too - @nemadeshows #nemadeshows, #locallymade, #wholesale, #giftware, #giftshow, #buylocal
